Keep your Synology Router turned ON for performing RESET.
Locate the reset button on your Synology Router.
Press and hold it for 30 seconds.
While still holding the reset button, unplug the Power switch and hold the reset button for another 30 seconds.
Now plug the switch back to turn it ON while still holding the reset button and press reset button again for 30 more seconds.
Your Synology Router is now Reset to its factory default settings.
If your synology Router doesn’t work properly after performing the reset, your Synology Router might have a fault in it. If you’re using it for a long time, you probably should change your Synology Router now.
