Old stone carving - Billesley Church

C 1140, a man, a dragon, a snake and a dove to help overcome evil. The church was largely abandoned in the 14th century due to the plague decimating the village. This ornate piece of carved stone was used in the rebuilding in the late 17th century but was only rediscovered recently
