Origin: His Father was once a hero named Capacitor, and was stopped crime for 20 years. Clifford knew his father’s secret identity and admired his father for the hero he was. One day, Clifford realized that he had inherited his dad’s power and after that he wanted to be his dad’s sidekick, but his dad refused. He knew the dangers of being a super hero, and he didn’t want to lose his son because of it. Clifford was mad, but that all changed when Clifford’s father was murdered by his arch-enemy, Phantom Spectre. Ever since that day Clifford vowed to take Phantom Spectre down. That was the day he became Capacitor!
