Palestinian Knafeh

Knafeh (كنافة)is a dessert which was invented in the Palestinian city of Nablus (sometimes called Knafeh Nabulsiyye). It can be found from the Balkans to the Levant, and is a feature of Turkish, Greek, and Levantine cuisine.
