Long-horned Bee Gathering Pollen!!

A beautiful Long-horned Bee gathering pollen! The Long-horned Bees lack pollen baskets and instead groom the loose pollen grains into their leg hairs, called scopae. The flower of choice was our Indian Blanket (Gailardia) flowers. Photo taken in our backyard in Camas, Washington.
