My artwork and poem showed at EMERGENT, the beautiful gallery of Ilyra Chardin.

 

"Of a new light I'm dressing today

blacker than background of the dark

you will wait in vain for my return

I'm busy curbing nothingness

that spills over and burns

in the senseless phrases of the rhetoricians

of inhuman and unnatural feelings

with gray and rotting stone faces

I don't want to listen anymore

I'm building a giant wall

that can shield me

from the impudic arrogance of this sun

I've chosen a bottomless pit

an icy interstellar corner

absolute emptiness to hang this life on

really matte body a black hole

I escape from chaos by holing up in its core

in the death of the night the black light swallows me"
