Kate Hickey

Kate, originally a lawyer from Chicago, now owns Sunshower Farms, a farm on the Big Island of Hawaii, where she and her husband grow 100% Kona Coffee as well as a variety of vegetables and microgreens. She also raises goats, ducks and chickens. Kate is the webmaster for her local Slow Food chapter and the President of the Kona County Farm Bureau.
