Solar Eclipse 04 08 24 4 21 pm

A solar eclipse electrified all of North America on the afternoon of April 8, 2024, especially for those living under the path of totality. On Manitoulin Island, Ontario, we didn't get a full eclipse but my telescope caught some terrific images. This shot is at about 10 minutes before the end of the spectacle. Note the prominent sunspots!
