Well this is certainly a vista ! I have no idea

from where this was taken , but the time

of year looks around early spring. The lush

green grass coupled with the still bear

trees gives the impression of warmth

yet to come !

 

I like the atmospheric conditions leading to

the recession of the distant hills, with the

darker clouds at the top just holding your

interest on the land below. The horizon is well set near the

vertical third. The sky is overexposed and could be improved by using a gradient fill.

 

Overall, I find a lack of a specific point of interest. Perhaps turning it into a B&W image would be better – adding in more drama to the sunny and shady areas of the mid ground.
