Typhoon 3000 of Portsmouth

Typhoon 3000, manoeuvred into Lowestoft by the tug Brutus of Zwijndrecht, Holland and the workboat Forth Drummer of Leith, after a 39 hour tow from Portsmouth.

The Skylift 3000 class of barge is designed and build to launch heavy loads such as warships or concrete structures from the quay into the water and vice versa. The barge can also be used as a movable drydock or transport pontoon.
