Metropolitan Police KZD - BX68 KJN

Given my local force had/still has a decent complement of Ford Mondeo dog cars, I went in with this shot under the assumption this Met Mondeo might too be a dog car, but further inspection proves that, interestingly enough, it isn't. By all accounts, with the 'ANPR fitted' notice in the window being a clear indication, this is allocated to the Met's Roads Policing division, and looks quite smart under said role. A check of checkhistory.uk shows that the Met let go of this back in December last year, disposing it to another owner following an MOT that clocked it at 101,426 miles. So, quite a decently long life by traffic car standards!

Possibly the last photo of this on Flickr, given how no-one seems to have had this since late 2022, the Metropolitan Police's KZD, a 2019 Ford Mondeo estate traffic car, is seen crossing Westminster Bridge while on routine roads policing patrols.
