Serving style
At a Brazilian churrascaria in Buenos Aires known as Rodizio. This was in a part of the city known as the Costanera (ie along the coast of the river), which traditionally had food stalls serving grilled meat and sausages rather than fancy restaurants. More on Brazilian churrascarias here:
