Late Hydrangea

Blue hydrangeas come from acidic soil. I don't have acidic soil, so I have to add acid to the soil around my blue/pink hydrangeas. This year I didn't add enough acid. But, at the very end of the season, what pops up? A blue/purple hydrangea bloom. So, I took its picture.
