I have created this new account because since Flickr's "upgrade" (6 days and counting) I was not able to login as tomrose/ktr-photo/natures-pencil which is my PRO Account containing 1200+ images uploaded over several years:

Support seemed unable to fix the problem (and had stopped responding to me) and (most annoying) the status page and forums say "login problems are fixed" ... which is a barefaced lie.
Well the nice support person that managed to get me logged in a few days ago (but next day the problem was back) has just fixed it again. And I was given a partial rebate on my PRO subscription. My faith in humanity is restored! If only the whole company was staffed with people that care as much. Fingers crossed that this time it is fixed for good
