Sea defence work
After many days of rough and stormy weather our beaches have taken a battering.
Our beaches here in my area are mostly shingle and it gets washed away in an Easterly direction, Behind the bulldozer there must have been a good ten foot drop to the sand below.
Behind me where I took this shot a matter of a few meters away, a few houses would be in danger if this work was not done, I suspect the machines will be working again this coming week.
The driver had just got in that machine so I went over and asked, could I have ago, sadly he said no, I always wanted a Tonka toy.
On another note I received an E Mail purporting to be from the Flickr Team, saying my account needed verification and would be restricted due to
terms of service and acceptable use policy, automatic processing of new orders and transactions will be paused pending verification. And then a link to click, Needless to say I have not touched that link but have contacted Flickr support to report this possible scam.
Just beware of any strange Flickr Emails.
