Fresh fig jam

First of all I did ask the stallholders permission to take photographs of his beautiful display.

This was taken at the Cornwall food and drink festival in Truro , it was the light and colours which drew my attensioin like a moth to a light , we did buy one of his jars of chillie jelly and I can tell you it blows your socks off lol
