365 Project: Day 18 - Gymnastics
I kept C home from school today with a sore throat and a barky cough (thankfully, no fever). She played quietly around the house most of the day, and didn't get worse but didn't really get better either.
This week is Show Week at her weekly gymnastics class, and I really hated for C to miss getting her certificate and ribbon... So off we went. She did her somersaults and balance beam routine well, with a little bit of coughing, and she was super excited that Daddy and her two grandmothers came to watch.
After dinner with the family, another round of cough medicine, and a book in bed, she was fast asleep. Love that sweet girl...
Here's to hoping tomorrow is cough-free.
