365 Project: Day 15 - Monster Trucks
Saturday was a wet, rainy day. The kids had spent the night (Fri) with my parents, while we had a date night downtown with friends.
So I picked up the kids and dropped S off with N, so C could have a playmate with her BFF on Saturday afternoon. And they played and giggled and pretended and ran and giggled, etc etc etc. They had so much fun.
But the kids were super excited because we had tickets to see Monster Jam at the Alamodome on Saturday night. I must admit that I was skeptical, but it turned out to be a fun show to watch. The kids looked cute in their truck tire earphones (it was so loud), and C had fun with her own little digital camera taking pictures. A fun night!
The only bad part? Walking to and from the Alamodome for a mile in the rain... The parking and the rain was a nightmare. We were soaked!
