Fridge Raid

We decided to do a fridge & freezer raid for dinner.

 

Talk about "cross-over kitchen".

 

It ended up as a mix between Chinese, Thai and Swedish cooking.

 

Doesn´t sound very appetizing...

 

But it came out surprisingly good.

 

Many problems in the kitchen can be solved with chili...
