Brandy snaps

For dessert, I made a citrus compote, a lemon custard, and these brandy snaps. Essentially very thin cookies--the batter spreads very thin in the oven. Right after pulling them out of the oven, they were still pliable. I wrapped them around the end of a wooden spoon to shape them.
