02 2011 - Lemon & Strawberry Cupcakes 005
Inventing new recipes - lemon & strawberry (not mixed together...) I'll probably find out one day that I didn't actually invent anything, lol. These cupcakes raised perfectly, I wanted domed instead of flat & they were very obliging! Unfortunately I put most of them in a container that was moist inside & the flowers flopped - only 3 survived. Sigh.
