Etruscan Roof Tile Blorenge Mountain 28 March 2011
I can only speculate about the origin of this tile. Dennis of Ruabon and others, produced bricks, tiles and other terracotta items from Etruria marl found in Ruabon. Similarly, Etruria is in the Potteries in Staffordshire, so there could be a connection there. This tile was found fly tipped on the Blorenge Mountain between Abergavenny and Blaenavon.
