Easter Bunny Flotilla, Monmouthshire-Brecon Canal, Five Locks, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran 17 April 2022
This morning saw a flotilla of boats travel from Pontymoile Basin, Pontypool, to Five Locks, Pontnewydd, finishing at the Open Hearth in Sebastopol, carrying the Easter Bunny.
We were bemused by the sign re lost children; does it mean that any child finding itself lost should make its way about a mile and a half up the canal to the Open Hearth, or is it an instruction to parents of lost children as to where they have been carried off to?
