A Willoughby access cover marked 1920; another in the cemetery was marked 1919.
Willoughby Brothers of Plymouth ran an iron foundry from 1850. They took over Bickle Engineering in 1958 and moved from their Rendle Street foundry into the Millbay works of Bickles.
