Our last evening of our mini family holiday before heading north. If you’ve never been to this resort, you owe it to yourself to check it out sometime. It’s especially beautiful inside and out at Christmas time. We used to live about 35-40 minutes away from here, but only made it there as “locals” once before. The only other time I was there was on a family trip as a kid... I don’t know... maybe I was 10? The beauty of this place was lost on me for that visit.
My heart breaks for Nashville these past couple days. I have many friends that still live in the area. I love the city and the state. Easily one of my most favorite places to be. Some things just don’t make sense...
