Norbiton garage lost its RTs on 19th October 1975 to RMs, seven years after this move was first mooted, but two months later RTs began to appear at a whole variety of garages, some of which had not operated them for several years. This process began in December 1975 with the receipt by Norbiton of a solitary RT for route 65, this being augmented by two more in February 1976. In more secure days, RT 3389 (NB) heads back to Kingston on route 65 in Garrison Lane, Chessington. Thursday 26th September 1974. 2C-3.
