RF 187 (DG)
A curious practice in London Country days was to place advertisements over their fleet names, as an anonymous RF 187 (DG) shows at Halstead 'Cock'. The 431 linked Orpington with Sevenoaks via Halstead, and when this was withdrawn no other route existed between these two very important towns - a fact that remains to this day.
