Built this megalithic burial chamber in around 3,500 BC...located at Pentre Ifan, South Wales.
The capstone is 5.1 metres long and weighs around 16 tonnes.
We came here at around sunset, the whole atmosphere around the area and stones was one of sheer tranquility and peacefulness, it was a very strange and beautiful feeling, and it is something that will live with us forever...hopefully, as will the stones.
I seriously can't believe this was taken almost 14 years ago now.
