Structure near Waskerley Reservoir, County Durham

Marked as a chimney on the OS map this almost certainly isn't. The structure is solid on all four sides with no sign of a fireplace or flue ever having been there. This geograph post suggests it's a survey pillar built during the construction of the reservoir

The white square slab on the left of the picture has a raised ring on it that looks as if it was a mount for some sort of structure or equipment
