Information from airhistory.net - thanks to Stephan Barth:

Fokker used this 1983-built airframe for three years, initially as an engine testbed, thereafter as a demonstrator for maritime surveillance duties. In 1986, the Friendship was sold to Scibe/Zaire as 9Q-CBE. After being hit by rebel gunfire during flight in September 1991, it made a successful emergency landing at Goma; there were no casualties, but the aircraft was dbr.
