Test reg PH-FFN before delivery to Philippine Air Lines as PI-C508 in 1964. To Alisarda as I-SARK in 1971 then to TAT as F-BVTO in 1974 and Air Martinique as F-OGIM in 1978. Returned to TAT as F-BIUK then to Uni-Air in 1980. To Aero Stock in 1991 and stored at Paris-Le Bourget. Scrapped in 2000.
