This airframe had visited Riem several times before as PH-DTE with KLM - the first report I have is from 19 May 1973, shortly after delivery to the airline on 9 February 1973.
Information from flickr - thanks to Heathrow Junkie (slightly adapted):
c/n 46554 [line no. 84] - McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30 was one of the original fleet of DC-10s delivered to KLM in 1973, and flew with the airline as PH-DTE until February 1984 when it was sold to Trans Union LC as N130FA. The aircraft was used to supplement the SAS fleet between 1985 and 1988 as SE-DFG and LN-ALN before being sold to JAT as YU-AMD. After changing identities a number of times in the 1990s - N821CC, V2-LEA, OO-PHN, the airliner was used by Ghana Airways between 1996 and 2000 registered as 9G-PHN. After a flying career of 30 years, the aircraft was finally broken up at Rome around 2006.
