My Practical Entremet

Chocolate Mousse infused with raspberry liquor, creamy coconut insert, a layer of raspberry jam, and coconut dacquoise cake. Coated in chocolate glaze and topped with dark and white chocolate decorations and raspberry chantilly cream.
