Discovery's Last Flight
Space Shuttle Discovery flew for the last time today piggy-backed on NASA 905. The shuttle flew a short trip to Virginia to be displayed at the Stephen F. Udvar-Hazy Center, an annex of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. The shuttle and the shuttle carrier aircraft are seen here making a final low pass over the Shuttle Landing Facility runway at the Kennedy Space Center before departing.
