Unloading harbour

At first glance, it looked as if it was bags of tatties that were being unloaded at Arbroath Harbour in December, 1958. But as the full horror of Arbroath importing potatoes started to sink in, it dawned that the sacks were more likely to contain cement, being loaded on to a British Road Services four-wheeler.
