103/365/2018: Tools of the trade
This coming Sunday I will be the official photographer on the second day of the National Pony Society Area 15 Summer Show. However as there are accepted standards of photographing a moving horse at its best, all of which involve split-second timing, I decided that I’d better get some match practice in as I haven’t photographed horses for a while. My local riding school came to the rescue, setting up a session with a couple of horses and riders for me and in return I did a mini photo-shoot for them.
Arriving at the yard, I was pleased to get some pictures of the farrier hard at work.
