Green Rock Layer
As the Potash Local makes its way down the Cane Creek Sub, it passes a number of formations with green rock layers. These are geological formations with less iron that formed in underwater/swampy conditions, therefore not allowing the iron to rust and turn red. These would date back to when this area was under a giant inland sea.
