Here comes my contribution to Fotosöndag's weekly challenge - summer.
It might not seem it but my poor wife got rather wet as I asked her to walk up and down the beach at Church Cove. "Move more into the sea!" I'd shouted over the crashing waves. The wind was blowing quite well this evening causing a fine spray of sea water to come between me and the sun. All well and good for a photo opportunity but also covered my camera equipment in a fine layer of salt. Honestly I know my tripod had more showers than me whilst we were in Cornwall and my camera had plenty of wet wipes baths at the same time.
The church that can be seen has featured in the TV series Poldark - at least I have been reliably told as I haven't gotten to that episode yet!
