World famous icelandic hot dog stand

Food a little pricey in Iceland. Cheapest eats in town? All night Reykjavík hot dog stand. Apparently world famous, that may be the reason maybe why it is so busy all night every night (even when there is no night).

The locals call hot dogs "pylsa". According to National Geographic Traveler, for 50 years and in all kinds of weather, people have been lining up for the wieners at "Baejarins Bestu" pictured above (translates to Town's Best), Reykjavik's best-known hot dog stand. Before President Bill Clinton went vegan he proudly ate here (and the hot dog stand has the photo to prove it).
