Andrena marginata UK female red-banded form

The female Andrena marginata comes in three colour forms: one all dark, like the male; a red-banded form; and an all-red form. The red-banded form is intermediate between the dark females and all-red females. These intermediates are quite variable in the amount of red they have. This one mainly has a red edging to T2.
