I took this photo at Dr. Jose Rizal Bridge and satisfies requirement 2. I used ISO 100 and aperture size to f/8.0 to focus on the buildings. I set my camera on the tripod and took it to a position that can give the best view of the photo. I used 13 seconds shutter speed to capture the movement of the cars moving on i5, while the photo can clearly show the lights in the buildings.
