- today we visited The Arc in Winchester to see the current exhibition The Scottish Colourists.

 

- here is the catalogue I bought showing an illustration of Samuel Peploe’s Still Life with Tulips and Oranges.

 

- I am now able to recognise his paintings often featuring bright orange and blue complementary colours.

 

- the temporary bookmark is from The Arc’s promotional material….
