Grodzisk Wlkp. - The Church of św. Jadwiga Śląska
The first historical mention of the church comes from 1426 and gives the date of construction of the Gothic church, perhaps after a fire that consumed the city in 1424. In the years 1563 - 1593, the church was in the hands of Protestants. In the 17th century, it was thoroughly rebuilt and enlarged, using the walls of the existing Gothic building, by the Italian architect Krzysztof Bonadura the Elder, founded by Jan Opaliński.
The church was consecrated in 1648, and the reconstruction was completed in 1672. The church is oriented, mannerist, single-nave, with a tower from the west, with a two-span transept. The nave is four-span and its fifth bay from the west houses a music choir.
In the late Baroque main altar there is a painting "Tribute to the Three Kings" from 1856 by Rafał Hadziewicz. In the rococo altar, in the right chapel is the image of Our Lady of the Rosary from around 1640 by Bartłomiej Strobel.

W późnobarokowym ołtarzu głównym znajduje się obraz "Hołd Trzech Króli" z 1856 r. pędzla Rafała Hadziewicza. W rokokowym ołtarzu w prawej kaplicy jest obraz Matki Boskiej Różańcowej z około 1640 roku autorstwa Bartłomieja Strobla.
