This old postcard from 1912 shows the place Hvetlanda in the Swedish province of Smaland.. It must have looked like this when the next foto with the children from the old familyalbum was taken by a local fotographer.

There has been a settlement

at this place since the year 1000.Nowadays it is a modernized town called Vetlanda (without the H).
