Tis Pity
Repost: OMG! Dansk!
I'm reposting this photo from a few months ago because I've discovered that these blissful cheese boards are mid century Dansk, designed by Jens Quistgaard.
Silly me, I never looked on the knife blades for a maker's mark, and there it was!
I haven't taken photos of a few of my recent finds...
a 1930 edition Nancy Drew mystery (as well as a ton of those ubiquitous bright yellow editions from the 70s and 80s, and few nice editions from the 50s and 60s)
a beautiful, mint and unusual tapestry clutch purse, probably 70s
three beautiful Denby Greystone cups and saucers
a Portmeirion pottery "Totem" cannister from 1963
a complete Pyrex refrigerator set
a pair of 70s powder blue ice skates
a vintage English biscuit tin...love these!
