"I just wanted to check and see if you were ok," said the Sheriff's deputy from his open window as he pulled up next to my car.
"Thanks, I'm fine," as I held my camera in position from the open window of my car. "Just really like that rainbow."
The deputy grinned and drove off, leaving me in the light rain to take a couple more photos. It occurred to me that a bumpersticker indicating my reason for stopping would help in some situations... :)
