The PICTURE POST CARD View From EAST ANACAPA ISLAND In The Channel Islands National Park - CALIFORNIA
Taken with a SupaCam digital still & video camera (12 pxl still/ 3 pxl video)
Not to distract anyone from the breathtakingly beautiful and extremely rare view, basically "northward" from EAST ANACAPA ISLAND/Channel Islands National Park you can see the "ice plant" that we strove so difficulty that day to "eradicate"!
Although this "succulent" is very, VERY good for "soil erosion" the "downside" ( and why does there always have to be a "downside" to something that either "works", "tastes", and/or "feels" GOOD...) is that it "spreads like wildfire" and kills or takes over from all the "endemic (i.e. NATIVE) " plants...
