Trapped Leaf

Despite fabulous wider views and a variety of subjects during my recent trip to North Wales it was this little scene at my feet that was my favourite take-home image of the week. I'd been attracted by the fluttering of the leaf with every gust of wind and I thought it would escape at any minute but it did hang on until I'd made this focus-stacked image.
