There are many parts of the beach near Alicante that have boats anchored, but during my stay I rarely saw any that were out along the horizon. I did not have the right lens to get a close up, but the minuscule size of this boat and the vast expanse of water shows how much space a Spanish sailor has to maneuver during the middle of the day.
