We got to see Union Pacific 4141, George H.W. Bush go through Rochelle the other night but the fog ruined our shots. So when we saw heritage unit reports this morning we jumped in the truck and headed south. Arriving in Bloomington we were unable to locate him. We headed south on 66 to Mclean but nothing there either. So we went back to check Bloomington. Thanks to a report from Illini Rail we found him holding at Normal. Apparently there was a broken rail and and they held him there to allow Amtrak by him. There was a lot of railfans there and I felt sorry for the heating and cooling company who's parking lot they took over. I know delivery trucks were having trouble getting in and out.
